AT the Dingle there is an extremely steep hill down from Nelson Road.
For some reason lots of people think it reasonable to throw their rubbish far over the fence so that it rests against a tree but out of reach of anyone hoping to clear it. This includes, for instance, a plastic bag full of leaves.
Before Christmas someone threw a WC pan, complete with seat and lid, to a point well onto the hilltop and where it cannot safely be removed. I did report it then but it is still there.
I can only wonder at the sanity of the people who think it reasonable to throw their rubbish where it can only be retrieved with the greatest difficulty and danger.
I think the council should consider what they might do about the problem here.
