I JUST wanted to say thank you to all the kind people who stopped to help me when I fainted in Southbourne today (Saturday).
My husband was with me but he would have found it very difficult to get me up off the ground on his own once I had come round.
There were two very kind men who helped him and a lovely woman who I think worked in the bakery in Grand Avenue.
Thank you to all of them and to everyone who has ever stopped to help a stranger in distress.
