Letter to the Editor: Birds Hill Road is too steep for cyclists
IF the road closure scheme ever comes into being, there will be mayhem at the junction with Parkstone Road as this will be the only vehicular exit from the area and the sight line towards Poole is restricted due to a bend in the road.
But the major flaw in the council’s argument is the fact that cyclists do not and will not use Birds Hill Road. It is too steep for them!
