Letter to the Editor: Force travellers to pay clean-up bill
ONCE again we have the problem of travellers leaving hazardous or human waste on council land. Specialist contractors will carry out the clean and the public will pick up the bill. Amazing.
Why don’t the council present the bill to those who made the mess, and if they won’t pay take them to court?
