HOW can it be in the 21st century that it seems acceptable for:

1. A group of travellers to defecate where they please in Poole park , which I’m sure is against the law if in public place; and 2. People leaving rubbish on a beach which again is litter and against the law to a fine of up to £2,500.?

Surely in the modern era we should be going hard on these sort of people and fining them or at least be proactive so they will think twice about doing it again if at all!

Doing nothing which seems to be the case. It will just carry on .

I know it will be a lack of manpower to enforce it but just moaning about it will get nothing done.
