A volunteer litter pick in Bournemouth last year
WITH reference to public spirited volunteer litter collectors on local beaches, it seems to me that wardens patrolling beaches should be able to fine people who don’t take their rubbish home with them. Volunteers could be given authority to monitor such ill behaviour.
Clearing up after such people is just encouraging them to leave even more rubbish about.
