Letter to the Editor: Why open schools?
DESPITE our region having the lowest number of Covid-19 deaths to date, we have the second highest R value of 0.76 for some unexplained reason.
On that basis, how can it be justified to reopen schools in our area? It would only take a few more deaths to tip that R value over the edge and above 1?
