Letter to the Editor: Don’t ban cycling
WITH the government advising to avoid public transport and to cycle or walk whenever possible, let’s hope the Council does not impose its customary restriction on cycling on the promenade this summer.
As part of the National Cycle Network, it provides a safer east-west link across the town, available to all especially those in our essential services.
In these unprecedented times we need to do all we can to help one another.
