Letter to the Editor: Keep up the good work Highcliffe Medical Centre
ON Tuesday I had occasion to call Highcliffe Medical Centre for a telephone consultation with a doctor. I placed the call at 9.18am.
This took about three minutes in total. At 9.29am I had a call back and was offered an appointment at 9.45am. I went directly to the surgery and was seen.
The doctor emailed a prescription to the chemist where I collected the drugs at 10.08am. Fifty minutes from start to finish!
Keep up the good work HMC.
