YOUR Wednesday headline reads “Disappointment at lack of plans to mark VE Day”. Are you not aware the country is in lockdown?
I know that the council’s had lots of wonderful plans for the VE Day celebration, but they couldn’t continue with these plans as no-one would have been allowed to take part.
I wish the Echo could be a more positive and praising paper instead of like the red top rags, ie the Sun. So annoying!
