I WAS really disappointed to hear about the One Stop in Southbourne Grove having to ban the cat that has visited them for 13 years due to a single complaint.

The cat has never caused any problems and just hangs out by the till. He brightens up shoppers' days and is a part of the community and now because of one woman complaining, his life has been completely changed as have the enjoyment of the shoppers who enjoyed seeing him. I am writing to you in the hope that you may represent the feelings of the community in getting him back where he belongs and loves being.
