BURTON Albion will be without defenders John Brayford and Colin Daniel for Wednesday's Carabao Cup clash with Cherries.
Boss Nigel Clough revealed full-back Brayford is struggling with a calf problem, telling the club's website he has "no chance" of featuring.
Daniel is banned for the game at Pirelli Stadium, but John-Joe O'Toole returns from suspension with Clough describing the defender's availability as "a big boost".
Clough added: "Stephen Quinn felt his knee in a challenge near the dugout in the second half (on Saturday), but continued as long as he could.
"Jake Buxton still isn't right with his rib, while Scott Fraser (ankle), we have to wait and see how he is. Temps (David Templeton) trained just one day last week with his knee but hopefully he will be available."
The Brewers sit 14th in League One after suffering a dramatic late defeat to Tranmere Rovers on Saturday. They led through a Lucas Akins penalty, only to lose 2-1 after two goals in second-half stoppage time.
