GOALKEEPER Aaron Ramsdale described as “a heck of a finish” Harvey Barnes’s wonder-strike against Sheffield United – and is fully aware of the midfielder’s talent.
Barnes sent a fizzing half volley into the net which proved to be the winner for Leicester against the Blades in a 2-1 triumph last Saturday.
Ramsdale has previously featured alongside the youngster for England’s under-20s and could come up against him at King Power Stadium tomorrow (3pm).
Asked about Barnes’s rocket at Bramall Lane, the Cherries keeper said: “He won’t hit one of them again in his life and, if he does, I’ll slap him round the back of the head after the game!
“He is a talented young boy and it was a heck of a finish.
“Hopefully he doesn’t do one of them against us. If he does I’ll try to save it.”
He added: “Leicester have some good players, like everyone in this league, as well as good young players.
“I know quite a few of them and it’ll be nice to see them but I am sure we will have a game plan and we will go out there trying to emulate it to get the win.
“It will be a good test for us.”
