DORSET under-18s bowed out of the Mick Parry Memorial Trophy – losing their semi-final 1-0 against Devon at Portland United’s New Grove Corner ground.
The visitors booked their place in the final by converting a penalty after 67 minutes.
Dorset had dominated possession in the first half with Oscar Tilley and Sam Bayston both going close for the hosts.
Verwood Town striker Jack Satterley came closest to levelling the scores when his free-kick crashed against the bar in the 80th minute.
