SIRIKI Dembele has completed a loan switch to French side Auxerre.
Dembele, who joined Cherries a year ago today, heads out on a deal until the end of the season.
The diminutive winger joined the club from Peterborough United for around £1.5million as one of five deadline day signings on this day last year.
But his game-time has been limited under both Scott Parker and Gary O’Neil, starting just four matches, making a further 18 appearances off the bench.
In that time, he has scored twice and provided two assists.
The 26-year-old is under contract until the summer of 2025, and there is no clause for Auxerre to turn this loan into a permanent deal.
Auxerre currently sit 19th in the French top flight.
Besiktas were close to completing a deal for Dembele in the summer, with Championship Blackburn Rovers also credited with interest.
