BOSS Scott Parker insisted he would make a late call on the fitness of striker Dominic Solanke.

The frontman, who netted 29 Championship goals last season, missed last weekend’s 4-0 defeat at Manchester City due to an ankle problem.

And, speaking ahead of his side’s clash at home to Arsenal on Saturday (5.30pm), the Cherries boss revealed Solanke would be further assessed before a selection decision.

Asked for his team news head of hosting Mikel Arteta’s Gunners, Parker said: “Dominic Solanke, maybe. We will assess that tomorrow (Friday).

“Regarding Joe Rothwell (quad) and Ryan Fredericks (calf), it will be too early for them to come back in at the weekend.

“Other than that, everyone else has come out of last weekend all good and we are fully fit in that sense.”

Jordan Zemura is also expected to be available after missing out due to a positive COVID-19 test last time out.
