CHERRIES will entertain familiar opposition in the form of Bristol City in pre-season, with the Robins visiting the Vitality Stadium for a friendly.

Nigel Pearson’s side faced Cherries twice last season, with Scott Parker’s side doing the double over the Robins.

The fixture at the Vitality Stadium saw goals flying in, with Cherries victorious 3-2 courtesy of goals from Dom Solanke, Lewis Cook, and Siriki Dembele.

The Robins will be in town Saturday, July 23 (kick-off 3pm), a week before the visit of Spanish side Real Sociedad.

Both fixtures will take place after Cherries’ pre-season trip to Portugal, with the club believed to have lined up fixtures during their stay in Iberia.

In terms of ticket details, the club have announced that currently only the Main, North, and East stands will be open for ticket purchases. If demand calls for it, the South Stand will be opened.

Tickets for the two friendlies will go on sale Friday, June 17.
