AUSSIE racer Zach Cook revealed how plying his trade in Poland as well as at Pirates was doing him “wonders”.
Alongside his commitments for Poole this season, Cook has picked up a place in Torun’s team competing in the Under-24 EkstraLiga.
He rattled in a double-figure score for his Polish club against Gorzow last month and totalled seven points against Leszno earlier this week.
Asked whether racing in Poland had broadened his horizons, the former Plymouth man said: “Yeah definitely. As I said before there, they are pretty much the best tracks in the world.
“Especially around tracks like that, it’s a lot of experience and a lot more rides, so it’s doing me wonders.
“It’s a lot of travelling but you always make it work and always end up in the place you need to be!”
Cook also scored two points in a guest booking for Premiership Belle Vue against Ipswich on Monday.
