THE Bournemouth FA have announced the details for their cup finals this season.
Six competitions that includes sides from across the Bournemouth Hayward Leagues will be staggered across March and April, starting with the M.A. Hart Nicholas Read Cup Final.
Competed by teams from the bottom two divisions of the Sunday Leagues, Division Six outfits Parkstone Athletic and New Milton Borough will face each other at the Bournemouth FA’s headquarters, Hurn Bridge, on Thursday, March 10 (kick-off 7:30pm.)
The following week Abbey will look to retain the Mark Hart Sunday Senior Cup against Division One rivals Wiseguys. Christchurch FC’s Hurn Bridge base will again play host, with the game another 7.30pm kick-off on Thursday, March 17.
In the Saturday cup competitions, Bournemouth Electric will face Camerons in the M. A. Hart Hayward Cup. High-flying Electric will surely be favourites against lowly Camerons, with the sides set to play on Thursday, March 24 at the Bournemouth FA HQ (kick-off 7.30pm).
The other Saturday tournament, the M.A. Hart Pickford Cup, is currently the last final set to be played, with Mudeford Mens playing Ringwood Town’s development squad at Hurn Bridge on Thursday, April 14 (kick-off 7.30pm).
Before that game there will be two other finals – AFC Burton will clash with Boscombe Celtics Reserves in the M.A. Hart Lawrence A Brivati Cup (Thursday, March 31) whilst FC Hadjuk and T.G.C FC will duke it out in the M.A. Hart In-Excess Cup Final on Thursday, April 7, with both games staged at Hurn Bridge and kicking-off at 7.30pm.
