VERY few non-league games will be played this afternoon, with heavy rain causing postponements across Dorset - and beyond.

Poole Town's trip to North Devon to face Tiverton Town has also fallen afoul of the weather.

Back in Dorset, Southern League rivals Wimborne will also have a free Saturday, after their beleaguered pitch was also waterlogged. They will have to reschedule their clash with Yate Town later in the season.

The Wessex League has also been impacted, with games at Christchurch and Bashley called off.

Hamworthy United's 3G pitch means there will be at least one game on in the local area, whilst Blackfield & Langley's pitch passed a pitch inspection. Hamworthy host AFC Stoneham, with Blackfield hosting Moneyfields.

Down in the Dorset Premier League only three games remain on as of the time of writing, with Poole Borough set to havea pitch inspection.

Holt United entertain Merley Cobham Sports, whilst Bournemouth Sports host Wareham Rangers.
