HAMWORTHY'S mini-blip continued as they were pegged back to a draw by Fareham Town.
Tim Sills's side made a blistering start to the campaign, but have now picked up just five points from their past four Wessex Premier fixtures, following the 3-3 at Cams Alders Sports Ground.
Hammers took an early lead against their mid-table opponents. Jack Lovell went to ground in the box and was awarded a penalty, which Cam Munn dispatched.
But Fareham quickly equalised as Archie Wilcox headed in at the back post following a corner.
Hamworthy had a goal chalked off for offside when Eddie Hodge's effort struck Lee Francis on the line.
But Sills's charges did take a 2-1 lead into the break, Munn again on target.
Fareham missed a golden opportunity to level soon after the restart. After Crit Clarke fouled Josh Benfield in the box, Ben Rowthorn's penalty struck the crossbar.
Hamworthy opened up a two-goal cushion with 20 minutes to play. Max Wilcock teed up substitute Drew Eccott-Young to slot into the corner.
The hosts quickly halved the arrears, Wilcox again the scorer with another header from a set piece.
Fareham piled forwards, sensing a share of the spoils. And they got exactly that in the 88th minute with Benfield hooking into the far corner.
Harvey Wright almost snatched a late winner for Hamworthy, but he was denied by a stunning Luke Douglas save.
Hammers sit fourth in the table, six points off leaders Horndean, but with three games in hand.
Horndean themselves were forced to settle for a point, drawing 1-1 at an improving Christchurch.
Eder Batista scored for Priory, who are now unbeaten in four.
Second-half goals from Lewis Ross, Oliver Bradley and Lewis Aimson guided Bashley to a 3-0 win over Alresford Town, while second-placed Brockenhurst beat Poppies 2-1.
Goals from Silvano Obeng and Seung-Woo Yang cancelled out a Lewis Harvey strike.
In Division One, a goal from Joss Holford could not prevent Ringwood Town losing 2-1 at Infinity, Verwood Town lost 2-0 to Downton and Ben Cooper's effort came in vain as New Milton Town were beaten 3-1 by Ash United.
