BOSS Scott Parker revealed Jordan Zemura was still “immobilised” in a protective boot at present and is set to miss Cherries’ trip to Derby County on Sunday (noon).

The full-back was set to see a specialist on the problem during the international break, having picked up an ankle injury in last month’s 2-0 win at Reading.

Giving an update on Zemura, Parker said: “JZ has still got a bit of an issue here.

“He is immobilised in a boot at the moment, hopefully he comes out of that in the next couple of days.

“Then we will probably have a bit of a clearer picture on how we can progress him moving forward.”

Zemura had played every minute in the Championship for Cherries before limping off against the Royals.

Adam Smith also remains out for Cherries with a knee problem.

Giving an update on the former Spurs man, Parker replied: “He is on the right track now. He is on the grass, he’s doing work albeit not with the team at the moment.

“But certainly he is progressing in the right way doing some ball work, doing some physical work and hopefully in the next week, few days we can integrate him a little bit more in with the team and we will see how that progresses.”
