NATHAN Moriah-Welsh has been called up by Guyana for next month's CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifiers.
The Cherries teenager earned his first selection to the Golden Jaguars' senior squad back in March.
And the former Reading youngster made his debut in a 4-0 win over Bahamas, before going on to feature twice more for the Caribbean side during World Cup qualifiers in June.
Moriah-Welsh will now be hoping to add to his caps tally when Guyana face Guatemala on July 4.
Should Guyana progress through the first preliminary round, they would then face one more match against either Guadeloupe or Bahamas to qualify for the Gold Cup, which begins on July 10.
The tournament is being hosted by the USA, with all the qualifiers set to take place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
USA, Mexico, Costa Rica and Honduras have all been seeded for the 12-team event.
Midfielder Moriah-Welsh is yet to represent Cherries' first team, but has trained regularly with the senior squad.
He was named as an unused substitute for the FA Cup quarter-final defeat to Southampton in March.
