IT is time to cast your vote for this season’s Daily Echo-Micky Cave AFC Bournemouth player of the year.

A number of players are in contention for the prestigious award after what has been one of the most unprecedented campaigns in the club’s history.

Jonathan Woodgate’s side are still in the hunt for promotion back to the Premier League this season, after sealing a sixth-place finish in the Championship.

The Daily Echo-Micky Cave trophy is named in honour of the former Cherries midfielder, who died in 1984.

Goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale won the award in 2020, with the likes of Eddie Howe, Nathan Ake, Marc Pugh, Harry Arter and Steve Cook all former recipients.

Players eligible for the award must have played 15 or more first team games this campaign and still be at the club.
