HEAD coach Jonathan Woodgate admits he will have “big decisions” to make ahead of Cherries’ Championship play-off contests.
The Dorset club today saw their spot in the top six confirmed following Reading’s 2-2 draw against Swansea.
Cherries have clashes against Wycombe and Stoke to close out their regular league campaign before heading into their first Championship play-off game on May 17.
Asked about resting key personnel ahead of the play-offs, Woodgate said: “I think the key now is you want momentum but you also want to keep your best players fit.
“So, there is a fine balance of how we train and how we play.
“It’s going to be interesting, we have got big decisions to make really, regarding the next few games.
“I’ll have to have a real good think about that and see which way we go.
“You want to win as many games as you can.
“I want to keep momentum but then I want players to be fit for the real crunch games.”
Cherries will enter the play-offs with Swansea, Brentford and Barnsley also competing for a place in the Premier League.
