CHERRIES defender Lloyd Kelly is set to undergo a scan to determine the extent of an ankle injury he suffered at Millwall this evening.
The left-back, who netted his first goal for the club during Saturday's win over Norwich, was named in the starting line-up at The Den.
However, he was forced off five minutes before half-time. Having received treatment from physio Steve Hard, Kelly hobbled off towards the changing room and was replaced by Diego Rico.
Cherries went on to win 4-1 to move up to third in the Championship table.
After for an update on Kelly, boss Jonathan Woodgate told the Daily Echo: "He’s got a slight ankle injury.
"We’ll have to assess him tomorrow. He’ll probably get a scan and hopefully it’s not too serious."
