JOSHUA King is set to return to training tomorrow following his period of isolation.

King has been at home since testing positive for COVID-19 last week, following the government guidelines of isolating for 10 days.

But that time has now almost elapsed, with the striker due back at the club tomorrow, although he won't feature in this weekend's game against Rotherham United.

Asked for an update on King, boss Jason Tindall said: "He’s doing fine. He obviously picked the virus up whilst away with Norway and he’s had some symptoms that set him back a little bit.

"He’s due back tomorrow, so he’ll train tomorrow and it’s just a matter of assessing where Josh is physically, because he’s not really played too many minutes so far this season.

"He’s not had too many training sessions and then obviously picking up the virus has also set him back.

"So it’s now just a matter of assessing him over the next three or four days."

King has not played for Cherries since the 1-0 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday on November 3.
