In a last-four tie which was originally scheduled for February, the game finally got played in Portsmouth with Shaun Cooper's youngsters winning 3-2 to set up a final showdown against either Saints B or Eastleigh.
Scrimshaw gave Cherries the perfect start at Dover Road, chasing a bouncing ball in the opening minute and rounding the goalkeeper before slotting home.
Kilkenny added a second before half-time, with Steve Hutchings quickly reducing the arrears after the restart.
Saydee, who is currently combining his games for Cherries with a loan spell at Poole Town, made it 3-1 with a volley, before Joe Briggs netted for the Southern League outfit set up a nervy finish.
However Cherries saw out the game well, to move into the Hampshire Senior Cup final, a competition they last won in 1989.
