CHERRIES are still seeking kit sponsors ahead of the 2020-21 season, the Daily Echo understands.

The club revealed the new designs for their home and away shirts in June, and wore them during the closing weeks of the Premier League season.

Cherries' partnership with previous main shirt sponsors M88 came to an end during the coronavirus lockdown, with Vitality stepping in to sign a short-term deal to have their logo used on the front of the club's strip for the remainder of last season.

However, the replica kit is still not available for pre-order or purchase, with the Championship season less than a month away.

Following relegation to the second tier, Cherries now have three sponsorship slots available on their new kits - front of shirt, back of shirt and back of shorts. Deals for all three are currently described as "works in progress".

The holding page on the club's superstore website for the new kit reads: "Our new Umbro replica kit for the 2020-21 season will be available to purchase in store and online shortly.

"The new home, away and third kits will be on sale alongside our new range of 20-21 Umbro training wear.

"Thank you for your patience."
