CHERRIES have confirmed wingers Jordon Ibe and Ryan Fraser will leave the club on June 30 following the expiration of their contracts - after publishing their release and retained list.

Ibe, who signed for Cherries from Liverpool for £15million in July 2016, made 92 appearances for the Dorset club – scoring five times.

Scotland international Fraser has been with the club since January 2013 and made more than 200 appearances in his time with Cherries.

The club confirmed he had declined a short-term contract to play out the rest of the season.

Striker Jermain Defoe’s contract will also run out on June 30 – the former England forward has signed a pre-contract agreement with Rangers.

Of the club’s other professionals, Charlie Seaman and Tyrell Hamilton are both set to depart.

Youngsters released by Cherries include Harvey Bertrand, Jake Cope, Thomas Dinsmore, Luke Gray, Thomas Hanfrey, Jordan Murray, James Oliver, Luke Pardoe and Jack Torniainen.

A statement on the club website said: “The club would like to thank all of the players leaving AFC Bournemouth for their efforts and hard work while representing the Cherries - as well as wishing all of them well for the future careers.”
