WINGER Arnaut Danjuma backed Cherries’ quality to keep their place in the Premier League.
The Dutchman has not featured in the top flight since December having sustained a foot injury.
He had been back in training with Eddie Howe’s men before the coronavirus pandemic forced the division to halt – and is now poised to help the Dorset club on his return.
Cherries are 18th in the Premier League, inside the bottom three with nine games of their campaign remaining.
And Danjuma, signed from Club Brugge for £13.7million in August, has belief in the squad to remain in the division – if and when football can resume.
He told Sky Sports: “In my opinion, from where I stand, we have a great team.
“We have great staff as well, we have a great coach and I don’t really think with the quality we have that we need to relegate.
“There are still some games to go and I’m pretty sure with the quality we have, we should stay in the Premier League.”
Netherlands international Danjuma has played 10 times for Cherries this campaign.
