CHERRIES have joined the chase to sign West Ham United midfielder Josh Cullen, according to a report in Mail Online.
Republic of Ireland international Cullen, 23, is currently on loan at Championship outfit Charlton Athletic for the second consecutive season having helped them clinch promotion via the League One play-offs last term.
He has made two appearances for his senior national side, most recently November's friendly victory over New Zealand, having made his Ireland debut against Bulgaria two months earlier, the same match in which Cherries goalkeeper Mark Travers also made his international bow.
The Mail report claims West Ham are "facing a fight to hold onto" Cullen with Norwich City, Leeds, West Brom and Cherries "all keen on prising the 23-year-old away from the London Stadium".
Essex-born Cullen has played nine times for the Hammers, including three outings in the Premier League.
He has also previously spent time on loan at Bradford City and Bolton Wanderers.
