NNAMDI Ofoborh found the net to help Wycombe Wanderers into the semi-finals of the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup.

The fixture against Hungerford Town was used mainly to give some of the fringe members of the Chairboys squad some valuable minutes ahead of the League One run-in and they swept aside their National League South opponents 3-0 at Bulpit Lane.

Ofoborh, on loan at Wycombe from Cherries until the end of the season, got the ball rolling with the opening goal in the 35th minute, taking a touch before firing home from inside the box.

And the visitors raced into a three-goal lead after the break with strikes from Nick Freeman and trialist David Wates.

Ofoborh was replaced after 75 minutes as Wycombe closed out the clean sheet, marshalled by veteran goalkeeper David Stockdale.

Wycombe are the first side through to the semi-finals. They will face either MK Dons, Newport Pagnell Town, Didcot Town, Marlow, Reading or holders Slough Town for a place in April's final.

Nigeria under-20 international Ofoborh has made 18 League One appearances for Wycombe this season. Gareth Ainsworth's side sit third in the table with 13 games to play.
