GOALS from Sam Bayston and Luke Burbidge sent Wimborne Town nine points clear of the bottom three in Southern League South.
The pair were both on target as Danny Holmes’s men sealed a 2-0 victory over struggling Beaconsfield Town at Cuthbury.
Magpies got off to a rapid start when Bayston was on hand to convert the opener after just four minutes.
He turned in at the far post from a corner to notch his 10th goal of the campaign.
And winger Burbidge ensured victory was wrapped up with 19 minutes remaining.
The former Poole Town and Weymouth winger slotted home a cross from the right past Beaconsfield stopper Hafed Al-Droubi to double the advantage.
Back-to-back wins put Holmes’s side on 35 points from 28 league games this season.
Magpies visit Weston-super-Mare on Tuesday.
