SECOND-HALF strikes from Max Wilcock and Ron Frost kept Christchurch’s impressive Wessex Premier campaign on track.
The duo found the net for Ollie Cherrett’s side to overcome Shaftesbury 2-0 at Cockrams on Tuesday.
Victory put Priory fifth in the division. They are 12 points behind leaders AFC Stoneham with as many as four games in hand.
In Wessex One, Nasim Meddah scored for Ringwood Town in their 1-1 draw at strugglers Totton & Eling.
Elsewhere, Brockenhurst sealed Bournemouth Senior Cup glory as they overcame Hamworthy United 5-4 in a penalty shootout in the final at Hurn Bridge.
The game had finished 2-2 after 90 minutes. Declan Randall and Louie Coulson scored for Hammers, while Will Tickle and Mitch Speechley-Price bagged for the Badgers.
Lymington fell to a 2-0 defeat to Bush Hill in the Southampton Senior Cup.
