JORDON Ibe, Alex Dobre and Jaidon Anthony all found the net as Cherries under-21s cruised into the Hampshire Senior Cup semi-finals with a 4-0 win at Sholing.

Ibe, who missed Cherries' Premier League clash against Brighton the previous evening due to a hamstring injury, recovered to start for Shaun Cooper's side and lashed a penalty high into the net early in the second half.

Cooper made three changes from Friday night's 3-0 Premier League Cup win over Nottingham Forest with Kyle Taylor and Tyler Cordner ineligible, while Lloyd Kelly was left out having been part of the senior squad against Brighton.

Sholing broke forwards early on, but were quickly behind when Dobre beat his man and skipped around the keeper before teeing up Anthony to tap home.

Brad Targett struck the post in reply, before Cherries doubled their advantage. Gavin Kilkenny sent Ibe scampering down the left flank, who crossed for in-form Dobre to slam home.

And the visitors moved 3-0 ahead early in the second half. After Jordan Zemura was hacked down in the penalty area, Ibe stepped up to send the resulting spot-kick high into the net.

Cherries added a fourth with Dobre again involved, picking out Anthony to turn in to round off a comfortable evening.
