EDDIE Howe insists Ryan Fraser remains "very focused" on Cherries, despite his contract heading towards a conclusion.
The winger is yet to put pen-to-paper on a new deal at Vitality Stadium and is currently set to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Asked if he would consider letting Fraser leave this month to gain a fee for the Scot, Howe said: "I’ve not had any discussions with Ryan towards that effect.
"He’s very focused on this team and in the current position that we’re in he knows the importance of his individual performances to help the team. So no problems with him."
Asked earlier this month if Fraser's contract situation had had an impact on his performances this term, Howe told the Daily Echo: "It’s difficult to tell. I think my only focus with Ryan is getting him back to his very best form from now onwards, there’s no point looking back."
He added: "Ryan’s situation is quite clear.
"There’s no change to it. But he’s still a very important member of our squad."
