RAIN again won the day as Poole Town saw another home game postponed today.
Dolphins were due to face Beaconsfield Town at Black Gold Stadium, but the game was officially called off before 10am due to standing water on the pitch.
Poole chairman Chris Reeves said: "Inevitably, having not had a home game in over a month, with multiple games postponed, the financial implications are taking on increased effect.
"Unprecedented and unwelcome weather is consistently contributing to a concerning amount of lost revenue with most fixtures being moved to Tuesday evenings later on in the season.
"We wholly understand the frustration of supporters at the moment."
Poole are due to host Taunton Town on Saturday (3pm).
