REIGNING Hayward Saturday Premier Division champions Bournemouth Manor were shocked 2-1 by Bournemouth Electric.

Manor struck the first blow in the 20th minute of the contest when Lee Clarke headed home Danny Hansford’s corner from close range.

Electric battled back to equalise in the 34th minute with a stunning finish from Rodrigo Lopez.

And Lucas Gelsleichter’s strike three minutes later, which took a deflection and looped over the Manor keeper, was to prove decisive and gave the Sparkies the verdict.

Queen’s Park Athletic were 4-1 winners for the second week running when Ollie Ledsham, Tom Pepper, Dean Mellor and Adam Clark accounted for Bransgore United, who replied through Callum Horton.

Tom Froud struck for Bournemouth League newcomers Verwood All Stars but Mohamad Alrawas scored all three goals in a 3-1 victory for Westover.

In the other Premier Division game, Matt Vining and Leon Jarrett gave Milford the edge 2-1 against Mudeford Men’s Club, whose goal came courtesy of Alex Spencer.

Bisterne United hotshot Sam Hills produced another four-goal blast when the early leaders of Division One hammered Talbot Rise 6-2.

Luke Gogan and Sam Arnold were the other Bisterne marksmen, with Sean Eaton and Nick Thomas providing some consolation for Talbot.

Kieron Goldrick and Connor Marsh struck for Westover reserves but Fordingbridge Turks just got the better of them 3-2 thanks to goals from Alex Marshall, Tom Goddard and Rob Prior.

Lee Pearson, Ryan Christopher and Joe Sullivan netted for Bournemouth Electric reserves but they had to settle for a point when Liam McNally, Danny Lucas and Jordan Byfield earned Verwood All Stars reserves a 3-3 draw.

The game between Winkton and FC Barolo also finished all square 3-3 with goals from Luke Helm, Josh Haynes and Callum Zikmund for Winkton cancelled out by Ben Alfert and a couple of goals from Mahmoud Ahmed for the visitors.
