POOLE Town will host Hungerford Town in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup.

The Dolphins struck late to see off Didcot Town 1-0 on Saturday to progress past the first hurdle and they have been rewarded with a clash against the National League South side.

The Crusaders are struggling in the league this campaign, sitting bottom of the table with just one win from their 10 matches.

They suffered defeat at the weekend, losing 2-1 against St Albans with former Dolphins striker James Constable in action for Hungerford.

And with Poole top of Southern League South, just one place currently separates the clubs in the non-league pyramid.

The tie is due to take place at Black Gold Stadium on the weekend of September 21.

Winning clubs will receive £6,750 while losing clubs collect £2,250.
