CHERRIES are “ready to make a £25million move” for Liverpool’s Harry Wilson, according to a report in the Sun.
The tabloid claims boss Eddie Howe wants competition for David Brooks and Ryan Fraser by signing the 22-year-old Wales international.
Wilson impressed while on loan at Derby County last season, playing 49 times and scoring 18 goals under Frank Lampard to help the Rams reach the Championship play-off final.
He also featured in the Wales squad alongside Cherries stars Brooks and Chris Mepham for Euro 2020 qualifiers against Croatia and Hungary back in June.
The Sun report Newcastle and Aston Villa have also looked at Wilson but claim Eddie Howe “is in pole position” to land the Wrexham-born star.
