BOSS Eddie Howe said he would “wait and see” regarding the future of midfielder Harry Arter.
The 29-year-old has been linked with a loan move to Championship Fulham, who are managed by his brother-in-law Scott Parker.
The Sun claims Parker will “ask Cherries to give them Arter for a season”.
Republic of Ireland international Arter has re-joined Cherries for their pre-season schedule, having spent last season on loan at Cardiff.
He featured for Howe’s men during their 0-0 friendly draw at West Brom on Friday.
Asked whether Arter would be back permanently in his plans following the game at the Hawthorns, Howe said: “We’ll see.
“I think it’s difficult to give definitive answers with a period of time left in the window but I suppose the best thing I can say is how much I respect and love the player and the person.
“It’s a two-way process. We’ve got to both come together and decide what’s right for us and for Harry.
“It’s great to see the reception he got from the Bournemouth fans as well, someone who has done so much for the club. So let’s wait and see.”
