POPPY Cleall has been named in the England side to face hosts USA at the Women's Rugby Super Series tomorrow.
The former Ellingham & Ringwood player, who is now on the books of Saracens, is set to start at number eight in San Diego. Kick-off is 9pm UK time with the game streamed live on Sky Sports Action.
The Super Series features the top five ranked sides in the world with England also due to face France, Canada and New Zealand.
Looking ahead to the opening game against the Eagles, Red Roses head coach Simon Middleton said: "We performed quite well against the USA in the November Quilter international (a 57-5 win), but we recognise this is a different time and place.
"We're in a country that is incredibly passionate about their sport and so we expect a step up in performance from the USA.
"Our challenge first and foremost will be to better the energy and intensity they bring."
