DAVID Brooks is on Manchester United's summer transfer "wishlist", according to a report in The Sun.

The Welshman enjoyed a brilliant first season at Cherries following his switch from Sheffield United last summer for around £10million and was rewarded with a new long-term contract in March.

But Brooks' form, which saw him score seven Premier League goals and claim five assists in 2018-19, is said to have interested Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

However, Cherries are reluctant to let the 21-year-old leave with the report claiming it would take a bid of at least £50million for the Dorset club to even consider selling the midfielder.
