TOTTENHAM Hotspur are "eyeing an £80million double swoop" for Cherries stars Callum Wilson and David Brooks, according to a report in The Sun.

The publication claims Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino wants England striker Wilson as cover for Harry Kane, while he is also "keen" on former Sheffield United talent Brooks.

The report suggests chairman Daniel Levy has given Pochettino the green light to "overhaul his squad this summer" and the Argentine has put the Cherries pair on his "transfer hit list as he bids to bolster his squad".

Wilson this week trained with his England team-mates at St George's Park ahead of next month's Nations League finals in Portugal.

The former Coventry marksman enjoyed a fruitful season in front of goal, netting 15 goals for Eddie Howe's side.

Brooks has been included in the Wales squad taking part in a training camp in the Algarve ahead of Euro 2020 qualifiers against Croatia and Hungary despite missing the final two games of the Premier League season due to an ankle injury.

The 21-year-old delivered an impressive first top-flight campaign, which included seven goals and five assists.

He was shortlisted for the PFA Young Player of the Year award and claimed both the Wales Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year prizes.
