Albion striker Aaron Connolly has been named Premier League 2’s player of the season.
Connolly, 19, scored 11 goals for the under-23s, effectively in half a season before being sidelined by injury and then moving to Luton on loan.
The Irishman also scored five goals in three Checkatrade Trophy games away to high-flying EFL opponents in Luton, Peterborough and MK Dons, where he completed a match-winning hat-trick.
Connolly said: “"If someone had told me at the start of the season I would win it, I would have laughed.
“It has been an unbelievable season personally and for the team. I'm proud to have topped it off with this."
