WILL Croker insisted Bournemouth had a bright future with so many talented youngsters coming through the Chapel Gate ranks.
The South West Premier champions travel to second-bottom Newton Abbot on Saturday looking to build on December’s 63-0 home success.
Head coach Croker has named a replacements bench with an average age of under 20 for the contest.
And Croker, also the club’s director of rugby, says he is excited to see the young guns’ potential.
He said: “It is great to get them that exposure to the first team, because that shows the conveyer belt of talent we have got coming through at the club at the minute.
“Joe Spiller is 20, Conrad Carkeet is 18 and Carlos Snell is 21, so it is brilliant to have such young guys in the seconds’ side pushing the guys in the first team all the way for the shirt.”
The Chapel Gate men have been strong away from home this season and won on their last visit to Devon two weeks’ ago when they triumphed 30-24 at fourth-placed Ivybridge.
Hosts Newton Abbot look consigned to the drop this season after winning just four of their 24 fixtures.
Bournemouth have won 23 times this campaign, having been defeated just once.
