MA HART Robbins Cup holders Abbey are through to the semi-finals of this season’s competition after Brad Hill, Chris Long and Mark Dykes clinched a 3-0 fifth-round victory over Division One leaders Loch & Quay.

Abbey will now meet JP Morgan in the semi-final.

Meanwhile, MK Interiors reached the final of the Dorset Sunday Plate following their emphatic 5-1 semi-final triumph over Team Gryphon reserves.

Rob Stephen led the way with a hat-trick while the other MK goals came from Jamie Webber and Rob Stalker.

MK’s opponents in the final on Sunday, April 7, will be Canford Rovers.

Elsewhere, Reece Malkin gave Christchurch the verdict 1-0 against nearest rivals Hamworthy Recreation in the Under-18 Division.

Ringwood Town took over in second place, eight points behind Christchurch with four games in hand, following their 3-2 win over Lymington Town.

Alex Turner, Lewis Pateman and Dylan Cooper were the Ringwood scorers with Oscar Cain and Saul Scriven on target for Lymington.

Ringwood’s next game will be the Endeavour Cup Final against Hamworthy Recreation on Sunday at Hurn Bridge (4.45pm).
