ANDREW Surman has urged Cherries to be confident in their ability to stun Liverpool on Saturday.

Cherries have never won at Anfield and will face Jurgen Klopp’s all-star side off the back of a disappointing defeat at Cardiff last weekend.

Surman said: “We have to go there full of belief and believe we can pick something up. We got a draw there a couple of seasons ago and beat Chelsea last week.

“We have picked up points against the top four but we’re going to have to be at our best.

“We have to look at the Cardiff game and try to learn from it. We have to look at ourselves and look at each other and try to work out what went wrong.

“Liverpool will be a tough game and, hopefully, we can put it right. They have a great squad and we need to make sure we keep it tight.

“It’s been a disappointing run away from home, although we have played some decent teams during that time.

“We have to try to put that right and try to pick up a win as soon as possible.”
