TYLER Cordner has extended his stay at Havant & Waterlooville until the end of the season.
The Cherries centre-back joined the Hawks on loan in September, with the deal due to expire at the end of January.
Former Portsmouth trialist Cordner has played 19 National League games for Lee Bradbury's side, scoring two goals.
The Portsmouth News claimed several scouts had watched the 20-year-old in the Hawks’ 0-0 draw with Dover on Saturday.
Scouts were apparently “specifically there to watch the young defender”, who coped with a 35th-minute red card for defensive partner Chris Robertson to help his loan club earn a point.
Cordner signed his first professional contract at Cherries in the summer of 2017.
